Hi Dave,
Had surgery on my knee last Thursday and start PT tomorrow.  Had to
reattach my  Quad tendon. Tore it completely away from my knee cap.
When I screw up I screw up big. HI  Might be ready to try running net
on the 23rd.  I can get down the stairs but have to keep my leg
elevated.  Hopefully by then I will have more movement.  My brace is
locked at 0 degrees so I walk like Captain Ahab.  But we are on the
mend.  Had to reschedule my Hip surgery to June.  So if I don't do
anything to stupid, I should be like the 6 million dollar man by next
fall.
